Evonne did my makeup for a friend’s wedding recently, and I got so many compliments that I got in touch with her to tell me the makeup she used on me and help me learn to apply it through a video chat! She is fantastic to work with and really did a great job on my makeup – it looked natural and it lasted throughout a long, rainy wedding day. Evonne was wonderful start to finish. She was professional and personable and made the entire HMU experience fantastic. Between her, and Shannon the hair stylist, I felt well taken care of on my wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, we had a trial HMU session and Evonne and Shannon were extremely patient, easy going, and were willing to do whatever it took to achieve the look I wanted. I really appreciated how open they were both during the trial and on the wedding day itself. I also love that their products were of high quality, they were extremely clean, and timely in everything they did. I would highly recommend both as they were the perfect compliment to the arrangement of needs and personalities in my wedding party (and will certainly be for yours as well).

Evonne did an awesome job with my wedding day makeup. I felt so at ease with her and she really listened to what I wanted. After the original trial I asked to make some changes for a more dramatic look for photographs. The day of, she was able to deliver what I wanted and more. She knew I was concerned about my hot barn wedding causing me to sweat all of my makeup off. She went above and beyond to find the proper primers and makeup setters so that my makeup would last over eight hours! I was so pleased! Thank you Evonne!

I am a makeup fanatic and super picky when it comes to makeup in general so Evonne had her work cut out for her. She is amazing- so professional yet easy going and her products last FOREVER. After perusing portfolios on multiple makeup artists for my wedding, I decided to reach out to Evonne. Am I ever glad I did! From the very beginning, she was responsive, upbeat and positive, and asked me what I wanted. She asked me to share inspirational pictures with her to give her some ideas. This helped so much with the trial. When my mom and I drove out for my makeup trial, we looked through the colors, talked about so many things, and she was just so laid back and fun! She took her time and didn’t rush the trial. She did a great job! I am an indecisive person, however, and changed my mind on makeup and hair. She took time out of her day to sit on the phone with me, answer my questions, discuss what I wanted done differently, etc. On the day, she did such an amazing job and everyone loved how their makeup was done! She made getting ready fun and memorable. Her prices are very reasonable. She includes the fake lashes and for the bride, she puts together a small emergency kit. There’s no need for me to go to anyone else for future needs; I have my makeup artist for life! 🙂

Evonne was professional and provided high quality service. We started our session with a few simple questions about what “look” I was looking for. Myself not knowing much about makeup, I really let Evonne use her personal expertise to make me look amazing. I initially contacted Evonne to provide makeup services for just myself, but after I saw the end results I had to have Evonne also work on my bride to be. We both had very different styles in makeup done and we were both thrilled with the results. Our photographs came out amazing!! The makeup looked as refreshed the last hour of the day as it did within the first hour of application. I would most definitely do business with Evonne again.

Evonne did my makeup for my wedding and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with in every step of the process. She was actually by far the best vendor I worked with across the board in my entire wedding process from beginning to end. To start, her pricing is extremely reasonable for the services rendered. She uses top quality products and even includes lashes in her price which is a huge benefit! She is also extremely accommodating. It was very hard for me to book trials because I live about two hours away and Evonne actually made three trips to my house to do the trials with me (for a small and reasonable fee) but she made this process incredibly convenient for me. She was also a fantastic communicator. Not only did she always respond right away to every text, call and email but she was so open to exploring options for me on my big day. I will say she was very coachable and open to feedback and took no offense when I asked for tweaks and changes, in fact, she welcomed it and encouraged me to ask for anything I needed to enhance my experience!! At points I felt like she became more of a source of support in the process than a vendor. On top of all of that, she did amazing work and I could not have been happier with the results for the day. My bridesmaids were also extremely happy. Overall, I would highly recommend and would not have changed a thing. She is world class!!
